Donations: When you make a donation through our website, your payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure form and are never received or stored by EdenSpring. If you choose to pay using Google Pay, Google also processes your payment information. Stripe uses automated fraud-prevention tools that assess technical information such as your IP address. Please review Stripe’s privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
Mailing List: If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your name and email address. This information is stored in our website database and shared with Constant Contact, the service we use to send email updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep contact form messages and mailing list sign-up records in our website database for as long as they are needed for the purpose they were submitted. If you would like your information removed, email us at the address below and we will delete it.
Mailing list subscriptions are held by Constant Contact for as long as you remain subscribed. Unsubscribing removes you from those mailings.
Donation records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Payment details themselves are held by Stripe under their own retention policy and are never stored by EdenSpring.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us at dmiller@edenspring.life or writing to the address below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Your Choices About Analytics
You can prevent analytics cookies in any of the following ways:
- Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honour this signal, and when it is present no analytics cookie is set and no analytics data is recorded.
- Block or delete cookies using your browser settings.
- Install Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on any website.
